This abandoned ski area is surrounded almost entirely by posted land. The road leading up to the base area is a private driveway now, and there are many private lots being developed along Dugway Road at this point. You can just barely make out the former ski trails passing by on route 160. Supposedly there is a rare Stadeli T-bar still standing entirely intact.
