University Of Strathclyde, John Anderson Campus. This massive sculpture by Gerald Laing is made in Cor-Ten Steel and was completed in 1971. It is inspired by a prehistoric stone circle on the island of Lewis. It is a good example of Modernist abstract sculpture, and has a rough rusted surface.
