This building constructed in 1955 houses the Army and Air force Reserve Office Training Corps, R.O.T.C. It is named for Captain Robert Campbell who returned to the campus after combat in World War I. Captain Campbell managed Murphy Hall when it was the dining facility on A&T’s campus.
