Police are investigating the wilful damage of a vehicle that occurred at around 4pm on Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Tills Street and Mulgrave Road. A man approached a vehicle waiting to turn onto Mulgrave Road and made contact with the rear of the car causing a loud bang. The man then yelled at the driver before hitting the windscreen causing it to crack. He is described as aged in his late twenties, of Asian appearance, approximately 170cm tall with short spiked black hair. He was wearing a white singlet and dark shorts. It is believed the man was running south on Tills Street prior to the incident.
