City Department store features many clothing and shoe stores, as well as the Kiddy Land toy store, Value Vintage (which is kind of like a head shop) and Muji on the 5F which has lots of nice household goods like dishes, sheets, towels, bath goods, clothes, and food items. There is a drug store in the basement, but Daikoku Drugs which is around the corner is cheaper (but noisier)
