There are 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 baths available in every townhome. The first bedroom on the first floor could either be occupied as a sleeping area or an office. Each living room of the townhomes have fireplace to keep you warm during long winter months. Many townhomes have newer appliances and an open eating space. Each townhome's master bedroom ,which is located upstairs, have closet organizational systems and some have a large jetted tub. Cliffside Commons townhomes are attractive due to their modern amenities, location and style. All townhomes have 2 car attached garage, central air, forced air furnaces and three stories. There are approximately 16 townhomes in total and located in a residential neighborhood. This offers a urban living option in the middle of the suburb of Rocky River.
