Collision on sidewalk at Alley

Early June 2007, Weekday, 2:30PM : Riding Bike on sidewalk slowly northbound, because I had used the sidewalk underpassing the train tracks. Low speed collision, no injury, with car exiting alleyway which did not brake until reaching the roadway (light remaining red), past the sidwalk where I was riding. Drove over front wheel of my bicycle, but driver was unaware of my presence even after the accident. Driver left scene at green light without ever seeing me, but there was significant damage to passenger side door paint. Car appeared to be a new silver Ford Focus or similar small 2-door, driven by middle-aged white male. Driver was looking to his left at oncoming car traffic. Light changed green before I could get his attention.
