Los Angeles. US 60 west end (1933-1948); US 70 west end (1935-1948). US 101 followed Macy Street (now Cesar Chavez), then Pleasant Av (see red line). US 60/70 came in on Ramona Blvd (which has now been subsumed by the San Bernardino Fwy), then west on the Aliso Street alignment, then north on Mission Rd to junction with US 101.
