This route connects the North shore Trail via Heinz bikee/ped bridge past Penn Brewery and future trailhead for Rt 28/Croation Church trail up East St. to Perrysville Ave. and Riverview Park. This route, combined with the route from lower entrance of Riverview Park to dead end of N. Shore Trail by Alcosan deadend comprise a full 10 milr loop designated by the Northside Bike-Ped Committee to connect the trail and Point State Park with Riverview Park...serves both commuters and recreation cyclists.
