Beef Picadillo Empanadas
A pair of Cuban Style beef picadillo empanadas filled with olives, peppers and raisins set with a sun dried tomato mojo.

Coca
Grilled Spanish style flat bread spread with caramelized leeks, garlic and fresh rosemary. Topped with Spanish Ventresca tuna and shaved Mahon cheese.

Cuban Black Bean Soup
No Cuban menu is complete without black beans. Our black beans come from a traditional recipe and are accompanied by sweet corn arepas filled with cheese and roasted onions.

Second Course (choice of one)

El Churrasco
Our signature skirt steak grilled and presented on garlic mashed potatoes with yuca fries, Abuela's red beans, red wine demi and drizzled with roast garlic mojo.

Sun Tanned Salmon
Cuba Libre’s signature fillet of salmon bronzed with honey, rum, mango and cracked pepper. Served on dried shrimp-scallion paella. Accompanied by sautéed greens, sweet plantains an earthy romesco sauce.

Pollo al Ajillo
French cut breast of chicken stuffed with chorizo and Tetilla cheese, pan roasted and simmered in a Spanish sherry garlic sauce. Served on boniato mash with grilled chayote and crisp fried olives.

Third Course (choice of one)

Flan de Naranja
Grand Marnier flan with toasted orange cake “croutons” and oranges

Pudin de Pan
Warm Cuban bread pudding served with mango compote, hazelnut-praline crunch and dulce de leche gelato.
