curb to sidewalk is awkward/needs to be widened

The curb on the north side of centre street (Jackson Station side) has a large patch of broken concrete. Additionally, it is difficult to get onto the sidewalk here - the space is small and often crowded with pedestrians. I think it would be best to redo the sloping curb to the road, and widen it to accommodate pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
