Riding bike S-SE on Bradley Blvd, Minivan takes a wide L off Burling Rd onto Bradley Blvd, almost hitting cyclist in breakdown lane.

Moderate Injury

Driver then takes quick R onto Burling Ct, cutting cyclist off and catching front wheel of bike on rear passenger side quarter of minivan and pulling it to the right. Cyclist thrown from bike narrowly missing the minivan. No physical contact between minivan and cyclist's body. Contusions to left chest cavity and left knee.
