Represented international entity in the purchase of an equity interest in a U.S. coal mining company and in the subsequent IPO of the coal mining company
Represented a publicly traded entity in the sale of volumetric production payments from future production of gas wells owned by it
Have and continue to represent regional and national entities in both the purchase and sale of mineral properties including producing coal properties and oil and gas leaseholds and producing wells
Assisted Fortune 500 company in connection with the drilling of several hundred wells for the exploration and development of oil and gas in the U.S. Appalachian Basin
Assisted oil and gas company and its domestic and international partners in all phases of the acquisition of mineral properties (in excess of 10,000 acres) for the development of a new underground coal mining operation
Assisted title insurance company and its clients in the closing of numerous commercial transactions involving properties situate in West Virginia having an aggregate value in excess of $30,000,000.00
