Detectives seek help to identify robber

Cairns detectives are continuing their investigation into the attempted armed robbery of an Earlville Pizza store that occurred early on Saturday June 18.
At about 1am on that date a male offender entered the store and made a number of demands to a staff member. The man was armed with a knife at the time of the incident and fled empty handed after another employee arrived at the front of the store.
The offender is described as being approximately 173 cm tall and of muscular build. He has a tanned complexion and is aged in his twenties.
Investigators believe that the male person depicted in the attached photograph may be able to assist with inquiries in relation to the incident.
