Diamond Forks Hot Springs is also known as Fifth Water Hot Springs.

There are several large pools of hot spring water available for soaking. The springs are beside a river that can be used to regulate the temperature of the pools. On the other side of the river is a waterfall where super 'hot pots' are. In seeming contradiction to the strict Utah restrictions on nudity, the springs are tradionally clothing-optional and a sign on the large changing rock even warns of the nudity to be expected here.

Diamond Forks can be accessed either going up (the front door), or going down. The graphic in the photo section explains it best.

Winter is when this place shines. The snowshoeing in along a well-trampled trail is rewarded by ice-coated rocks surrounding the pools.

In summer, beware of the occasional rattlesnake. Pool-side, there is an abundance of another smaller snake (a boa of some sort, but harmless) that hunts on the small rodents favoring the warmth of the springs.
