Our journey at Douglas Alexandria Finishing, a division of Douglas Machine Inc., is to exceed our customers’ needs and expectations. We excel at meeting our customers’ evolving metal finishing requirements through constant adaptation, change, and flexibility.
To accomplish this, we offer the following products and services:
• Aluminum Anodizing – Our new fully automatic anodizing line has a work envelope of 78”x80”x18”. We offer regular anodizing and hard coat anodizing certifiable to MIL Spec 8625F. Clear, black, pewter, and blue are the colors we currently have available.
• Zinc Plating – Our upgraded zinc lines can handle many different types and sizes of parts on either our rack line or barrel line. Clear or yellow chromate finishes the process using high quality chemistry from our supplier.
• Electro-less Nickel – We offer high phosphorus for maximum corrosion protection and low phosphorus for high hardness.
• Power Coating – Our large 8’x8’x20’ oven handles very small to very large parts. We have a wide range of colors on hand and offer custom colors if needed.
