A 19-year-old Mooroobool man is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court later today following his arrest early on Sunday morning. The man was intercepted and detained in Shields Street after he allegedly returned a breath reading of .166%. He was also charged with driving whilst unlicensed. It is also alleged that the vehicle the man was driving was stolen and he was further charged with burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property and wilful damage.
