About two hours later a 59-year-old Woree man was intercepted on the Captain Cook Highway at Holloways Beach. He allegedly returned a breath alcohol reading of .158% and was charged with driving under the influence of liquor. Both drivers are scheduled to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on May 24 and 25 respectively.
