A 24-year-old Bentley Park woman was charged with driving over the general alcohol limit, driving unaccompanied on a learners permit, contravening a requirement and failing to display learner plates after she was intercepted by police on Mulgrave Road at Woree around 2.00am yesterday morning. Police will allege the woman returned a breath alcohol reading of .107%, she is scheduled to appear at the Cairns Magistrates Court September 30.
