Edmonton police have charged a 20-year-old White Rock man following an alleged traffic intercept on the Bruce Highway at Gordonvale yesterday. Around 11.20am, it is alleged police detected a suspicious vehicle travelling at 131km per hour in a 100km per hour zone and subsequently intercepted the vehicle. The 20-year-old man will appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on December 9.
