Police charged a 31-year-old Whitfield woman with one count each of drink driving and fail to provide a roadside specimen. It is alleged the woman was intercepted at the intersection of Teatree Place and Charles Street, Manunda at about 4am today. The woman will appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court today. QP1000984549
