Eagle's Nest - Leland Point

There is no access by land; this nest is surrounded by private property. You can sit in your boat and watch the Adult's and their newest chicks. Just a hundred yards south of the nest at low tide; you can see thousands of giant star fish and black sand dollars. ( They are protected please do not remove them from their home ).

One hundred yards south of the tidal pools is the Mount Desert Island Bio Lab .
