Day1 - Clean Energy Benefit Concert

Friday May 2nd, 2008, 6:00 pm - 2:30 am

Day 2 - Tri-City Hike & Bike River Sweep

Saturday May 3rd, 2008, 2:00pm - 4:30pm
Riverfront Trail and Park
A campaign is under way to engage students from local schools, colleges and universities, as well as members of community associations and churches to hike & bike along the riverfront, having fun and collecting garbage along the way. Four different starting points will be used such that everyone ends up at the Riverfront Park on Assumption Blvd., next to the fire station. Complimentary refreshments will be served as the day finishes off with kids’ activities, live entertainment and eco announcements.

Day 3 - Green Expo Extravaganza

Sunday May 4th, 2008, 12pm
Bernice MacNaughton High School

►Over 40 exhibitors: Eco-Conservation Groups, Outdoor Activity Associations and Eco Friendly Companies.
►Empowering seminars on the Economic Viability of Clean Energy, Pesticide Free Landscaping, and Urban Gardening.
►50 foot long diner-buffet - opens at 12:30pm.
►Live Jazz / photo exhibit./ Organised activities for kids.
