EarthConnection, founded in 1991, recognizes humanity as part of an interconnected and interdependent Earth system. We work to restore balance in our relationships with the Earth by offering opportunities for spiritual development; operating a demonstration and resource center featuring solar heating, solar electricity and other sustainable building techniques; hosting community organic gardens; and offering educational programs and courses on such topics as simplicity, sustainability, bioregionalism and Earth ethics. EC is a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, Ohio.
