My name is Samantha and I am 15 years old. I go to East Side Community High School, I have been going to this school for 4 years now and I like it here. When I was a little girl my mother and my grandmother took care of me, and my little sister's father was around for a little bit. But he tried to do something to someone (no name). My mother and I had lived in the shelter for part of my life in East Harlem. After my mother had my sister, we moved to Spanish Harlem. I had friends there that I had ever since I lived there. The community was great there! The people and parents were nice and good to get along with.
