Review: This is another example of our city's willingness to partner with schools. The eighth grade art class at Charles Wright Academy created these columns using sculpted and glazed renditions of everyday items stacked on steel poles to make a statement about the environment,- extinction, excessive use of natural resources, oil dependency and global warming. Each student created one piece on each column.
This project was funded via a grant secured by Christopher Hoppin.
