A closed resort with several unfinished pools and structures. Currently off-limits to bathing, it may someday reopen. A small natural pool downstream a few hundred yards and right beside I395 has been accessible to the public in the past. Recently, “no trespassing” signs have blocked access to this pool also. Fales Hot Spring was at one time a substantial resort, as is apparent from the large pools, buildings, and individual rooms now in disuse. The water at the source is extremely hot!
