Upcoming events at Festival Park

It has a large zero depth fountain, children's play area, restrooms and a large open space for festivals.

Ride the Elgin Express.
This trackless train is comprised of a locomotive, coal car, two passenger cars and a caboose.

$1 for children, age 15 and younger.
$2 for adults.
Children under the age of 3 must have an adult accompany them on the ride.

The Elgin Express runs June 1 through Sept. 1 each Wednesday from noon to 5 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
