Fly Ranch is private property on the western edge of the desert. Three geysers emitted hot spring water that flowed into man-made pools, from which they again flowed into a larger reservior. The smaller pools had a temperature around 105F while the reservior was around 90F.
The owner used to charge $5 to soak, bt since his death the ranch has been closed to the public and posted not trespassing pending a sale.
There are rumors that the no trespassing edict is firmly enforced by a caretaker who goes around shooting at violators.
