Constructed between 1911 and 1914, the Strong Montecchio-Lusardi is the only Italian military fort of first ` the 900 that has reached to us intact in every particular. Main function of the Fort was that one to control the roads of the Spluga, the Maloja and the Stelvio from a part, and the sides orient them and western of the Lago of Como from the other.
