Foster Hall, referred to as the Student Union Building was erected in 1951. It houses student activities such as the college newspaper and the Student Government Association.

The building is named after Dr. Luther Hilton Foster, who was the University's Treasurer and Business Manager from 1913 to 1942 and President from 1942-1949.
