Franklin FFA created a PALS program that focused on tutoring, serving as a role model/positive influential figure, and teaching agricultural literacy.  Students with restricting circumstances and high risk factors were selected by the teachers and the PALS team to participate in the program.  High school student mentors met the elementary school students’ teachers to create educational materials that were included in programming. FFA members met with the PALS students throughout the year to establish the program.
