Fred Mullins ran a haulage business and for many years was based at Crocombe Farm. He is first recorded as operating in 1889 based at Weeksley Cottages. Later he operated from Crocombe Farm and ran daily trips to Bath. He died in 1932 and the business was taken over by Eddie Scotcher.
