Free Boat Ride!

Here is where you can catch the free boat ride around the Tokushima City Center!

Rides leave every 40 minutes from 1:00pm to 3:40pm, every weekend and on public holidays from March to October. Also, from July 20 to August 31 the hours are extended to weekdays as well, and in July and August rides run until 19:40.

They ask you to pay ¥100 for insurance, so I guess technically it is not actually free.
