This is probably the best Chinese food that I've had - ever. It's a bit pricier, but it is VERY good! The staff there were careful to let us know that they served CHINESE-chinese food, not the normal japan-ified sort. This is right close to the Awa Odori Kaikan, a short walk from the main train station.
