On the east side of the big island, tourism is not over-running the island yet and there is plenty to do from the naturist side, including two, unofficial clothing-optional beach in addition to the Hanging Loose resort.
The resort, itself, offers cottages for rent at $115 per night, or nicely-appointed yurts at $95 per night . . . the longer you stay, the more the rate gets discounted.
They are close to the black sands of nearby Kaheena naturist beach. Although nudism is officially illegal in Hawaii there are several places where it is tolerated & especially on the Big Island, there are many isolated areas where nudism can be practiced.
