The lower middle and upper schools in the Harlington area collaborated successfully over a number of years. However, the opportunity to involve external partners and to establish a locality-wide Trust offered the chance to secure and cement the arrangements – and to engage in strategic work programmes across the Trust.
The Innovation Unit has worked with HAST since April 2008 – with Headteachers and governors throughout both the consultation and implementation phases.
