Description: Harrison County Parks and Recreation offers a variety of services throughout the year. We have many programs offered on a seasonal basis including special events, summer playground programs, instructional programs and sports leagues. Please explore the site to learn more. Many of our programs are offered at the Harrison County Recreation Complex/4-H Center. The facility is also available for weddings, reunions, meetings, etc.

The 4-H Center now serves as a meeting place for the county-wide 4-H clubs and various other users, such as the Community Educational Outreach Service (CEOS), Master Gardeners, Kennel Clubs, West Virginia University (WVU) Extension Service, and “Energy Express”, as well as private and corporate meetings and functions held throughout the year, including many family reunions, weddings, parties and training sessions
