Michelle customizes each session to her client’s needs. A session runs from 1 – 1½ hours at a starting rate of $40, and is by appointment only. If the need arises, and you must reschedule an appointment, 24-hours of notice is graciously appreciated.

Aromatherapy oils and massage lotions may be used during each session. Please advise if you have any specific needs.

For Polarity-only sessions, please wear loose-fitting clothing for comfort and ease of movement.
