In 1981 Stephen Heflin started a small residential construction company named Heflin Contracting In the beginning Heflin Contracting was run out of a home office and only employed a couple of part time workers. After a few years the company began to grow and a building was constructed on River Road in Clarksburg, W V . The building has been expanded and still houses the main offices today.

In 1994 the business was officially incorporated and has grown every year since. Over the years Heflin Contracting Inc. has expanded almost every phase of the business from the size of the projects that we complete, to the services that we offer. Those services include all types of remodeling and renovation both residential and commercial.We also offer commercial excavation involving site work and demolition as well as some residential excavation services including foundation waterproofing and drain-work. From our early years to now, we have never wavered in our mission to deliver quality service to every customer. Heflin Contracting Inc. has become one of the most trusted names in the business.
