Police have charged a 45-year-old Brinsmead woman after she was allegedly caught driving on Loridan Drive around 10pm last night. Police will allege that the woman returned a breath alcohol reading of .250 per cent. She was charged with driving whilst under the influence of liquor or a drug (UIL). She is scheduled to appear at the Cairns Magistrates Court on October 21.
