A 23-year-old Manoora man was arrested early on Saturday morning after his vehicle was intercepted in Mayers Street at about 1.50am. The man allegedly returned a breath alcohol reading .198% and he was charged with driving whilst under the influence of liquor. He is due to appear on the Cairns Magistrates Court on April 12.
