A 35 year-old Mowbray River man will face court after he was intercepted Police driving on Port Douglas Road at 5.45pm last night. Police will allege that the man returned a breath alcohol reading of .249%. He was charged with driving whilst under the influence of liquor or a drug (UIL) and driving an unregistered vehicle and is scheduled to appear in the Mossman Magistrates Court.
