A 33-year-old Manunda man will appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on February 2 charged with driving whilst under the influence of liquor or a drug (UIL) and driving whilst unlicenced after he was intercepted by police at 4.30am on Sunday on Barr Street at Earlville. Police will allege that the man had a breath alcohol concentration of .189%.
