Hunt Park was renovated in 1997 and features a great view of the City. This park is almost 7 acres in size and bounded by Sunset, Daniel and Spring Streets. With year round activities, Hunt has a new play area, small softball diamond, soccer/football field, a small shelter with restrooms and a drinking fountain, basketball court and tennis courts. Benches and picnic tables are located throughout with an accessible path to restrooms and play area off Daniel. A great sledding area is heavily used in the winter, along with informal cross country skiing.
