Detectives have charged an 18-year-old Manoora man with one count of indecent act. It is alleged the lone man performed a sexual act in the public toilets of a holiday park in Little Street, Manunda at about 11.30pm last night. He will appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court today. QP1000830083
