Police are investigating an assault that occurred in the car park area of an Earl Street unit complex on Wednesday afternoon. A 20-year-old woman was walking through the area at about 4.30pm when she was approached by a male youth who spoke to her briefly before touching her inappropriately. The youth then fled on foot along Earl Street. He is described as being an Aboriginal male aged between 13 and 15 years, 152cm tall and of slim build.
