Built in 1888, this former Federal Court House and Post Office is now the home of the Jefferson Historical Society and Museum. Outside you will find a magnolia tree planted as a seedling by former First Lady, Lady Bird Johnson, from the tree on the White House lawn, planted during the term of President Andrew Jackson.
The museum is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
