AFTERNOON TEA
The tradition of afternoon tea at the Jordan Pond House dates back to the late 1800's. During that era a number of teahouses were established to cater to the growing number of sophisticated summer visitors. Today, Jordan Pond House continues the tradition of afternoon tea featuring our famous popovers and strawberry jam. This unique dining experience, served on the lawn with Jordan Pond and the "Bubbles" as a backdrop, is one we hope all visitors to Acadia National Park will have the opportunity to enjoy.
