JR East Head Office building, also known as Japan Railways East Head Office is a 28 story Skyscraper which is 150m high and was completed in 1997. The JR East Head Office building is technically located in Shibuya, but would normally be considered to be in Shinjuku as it is right near Shinjuku Station.
